I Went to outpatient imaging for an X-ray at ste 1100 at 3pm today 6/19. The receptionist Yolanda was extremely unhelpful. She verbally complained several times about having to put my information in the computer system and made me feel unwelcome. She also refused to fax a report to my doctor; saying I would need to come back another day and “hand deliver” my xray report from green township to my doctor in downtown Cincinnati. Still giving three stars because my xray tech was lovely and offered to fax my report like it was no problem. I don’t know why but Yolanda at the front desk seemed determined to not help. I go here for my primary care doctor, ENT and podiatrist. It's easy, welcoming and has its own blood lab, plus it's attached to Children's. Wish UC had such an outfit!
I recently visited Christ Urgent care with a bad cough and possible bronchitis. The staff and nurse practitioner were friendly ,caring and professional. The facility is immaculately clean. They did a chest x-Ray and the technician was also very nice and competent. I was prescribed an antibiotic and called back with a question about it and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely go here again if I can not get into my Primary Care.
