I got a Quickie Facial! The environment is always so fun and welcoming. Mika is amazing!!! So kind and attentive to my skins needs. She sent me home with knowledge and tips on how to keep my skin healthy. My first facial ever and definitely won’t be my last! I felt more relaxed than I have in a hot minute for sure! ?
This was my second time at spruce at their walnut hills location and I will definitely be coming back! I scheduled a tier two with Danielle and showed her an inspo pic with French tip and florals. I am in love with it, she did an amazing job! They are very considerate of you and always ask if you like how it’s looking and if you want to change or add anything. There are a lot of gel and polish colors to chose from and are versatile with designs and letting you chose the nail shape. I would definitely recommend this salon to friends!
I booked a Gel-X set with Lexi and couldn't be happier! I always have trouble find nail artists I click with and give me something close enough to what I want— Lexi gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! Will 100% be returning
EDIT: I did take away a star due to some unclear policies that have really irritated me. I work with kids, and one of my nails was accidentally kicked off. It was within the 7-days for the nail fix policy I was told. When I called and explained what happened, I was told the nail could be fixed for a charge. Apparently, because it was kicked off and did not naturally fall off or lift or something, it does not qualify for a free... read full review
