We reached out to Servpro for some help on a potential mold problem. We recently had our roof replaced due to a leak. Insurance also covered painting due to water staining, but we wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything more of concern behind the drywall and in the attic. Our representative Brandon J. was extremely knowledgable and thorough while using some amazing technology. Photos and guidance on next steps were provided and we couldn’t be more appreciative. Highly recommend reaching out to them for help.
This is the first time I’ve used Servpro for carpet cleaning. Many of my other clients have used them for water and fire restoration services and have been very pleased. I was very grateful for the attention to detail that they had. Not only was the carpet cleaning the best we have had but I had asked for our couch to be cleaned as well. But it turns out there was a warning tag saying I needed to use a different type of cleaning. Even though they did not offer that type of they put me in contact with someone who does.
Danny and his team did a great job on removing the water damaged drywall in our office. He communicated what was going to be done and why and the work was excellent and they left the office cleaner than when they found it. They worked during our normal hours and kept any disruption to a minimum.
