I recommend Schmidt to everyone. We’ve had them come out multiple times over the years at our old and new home. They’ve always been quick and reasonable, and they do good work. I appreciate that when I call them they will be straightforward and not try to upsell you or scare you into a major purchase like so many others. When I did make the major purchase (AC unit) the owner worked with me. You don’t see that much anymore. Even when we used another company assigned by our home warranty company, we were not impressed and chose to pay out of pocket to use Schmidt instead. I will continue using and recommending them!
