Russell from rotor rooter was very knowledgeable and great communication,. He coordinated with other departments within rotor rooter to effectively work out the issue, and even on the weekends I would recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing or other issues.
Had backed up drain Saturday evening. Called Roto Rooter and scheduled service for First thing Sunday morning. Received a call at 7:30am to let me know Matt was on his way. He arrived within a half hour. He was able to clear the drains. Matt provided excellent service and was very informative.,I highly recommend Matt and Roto Rooter
Woke up to my dishwasher backing up with water that was spilling out onto my kitchen floor. Roto rooter came out within a few hours and got right to work.
