Today Antoine from Roto-Rooter came out to help at my home because the basement drain was backing up. He worked hard for over four hours to help clear the line and diagnose the problem. Brian and Mark went above and beyond with their service! They gave clear explanations, worked quickly and efficiently. They even installed our new refrigerator after the delivery guys explained they were unable. After having an unfortunate experience with a different plumber previously, I felt very comfortable with those two!
