Today Antoine from Roto-Rooter came out to help at my home because the basement drain was backing up. He worked hard for over four hours to help clear the line and diagnose the problem. He definitely went above and beyond with his effort and persistence. He gets a five star rating from me. Jean Cross
We called Roto-Rooter for an emergency water heater repair early on a Sunday morning. The technician that was sent to our home confirmed that our repair was actually going to be a replacement instead. The initial person that we spoke with was very friendly as was the technician who came to our home. Even though the replacement process took much of the day, we were very thankful that Roto-Rooter was there for us.
Waste pipe started leaking Saturday. Whole crew out Sunday, on a holiday. Inside fixed by EOD Sunday. Outside repaired by Thursday [Tree roots infiltrated pipe]. Everyone I encountered was professional and very nice. The whole experience was pleasant even though I was a stressed out mess asking tons of questions. The cost was on par with Google estimates 🤣, so I'm happy with that. Only constructive criticism I have is around communication on when the outside folks were coming. I didn't hear from them until the day of the work.
