I was contacted by Hannah Sanderson to discuss job opportunities. I scheduled a meeting, which was cancelled by Hannah and she asked me to reschedule. I did so which wasn't an issue. 5 minutes before the next meeting it was cancelled again. I rescheduled with the time she specifically recommended, even though it interfered with my work. We were supposed to meet today at 9:30 EST, it is currently 9:55 and I am still waiting to be let in to our meeting. It is down right disrespectful to waste my time when you are the one who reached out to me directly. It is unprofessional rude and a horrible look for this company. And based on all of the other reviews here I will definitely steer anyone who comes across Robert Half miles away from them.

I worked for RH on two separate occasions - once for a year and a half in 2018-20 and another for a year in 2023. I had an interview in line for a third opportunity in 2025. Instead of blindly accepting a role without knowing the surroundings since it was an on-site role, I decided to first visit the company prior to the online interview to get a first glance of the company. Terrible surroundings and when I walked in the lobby, the receptionist acted like I was an intruder. No 'good morning', no 'hello', nothing. After attempts to be kind to her, I eventually asked her what's making her so uncomfortable and she fumbled with her words so I asked her if it because I'm white and she said yes. So I left and notified RH of what happened and that I'd no longer be interested in the role. The rep, Hannah Smith, scolded me for visiting the site and insisted that the incident was my fault that could've easily been avoided instead of addressing any blatant racism. At the end of the month, weeks after this incident and after I'd written an email to the RH team (without a reply) and later a google review summarizing this incident, the manager gives me a call and explains in kinder words that they have a different story from the company but insisted that they'd be interested in working with me in the future and that we'll move on from this. It's been almost 8 months and not so much as a single phone call my way, and I figured this would happen. I'm not interested in ever working here again, but in summary this place isn't interested in your well being whatsoever and even if you've worked for this company on multiple occasions they won't care.

They took my preferences and what I was looking for into consideration, communication was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new job to use Robert Half. Brady Padgett and the rest of the permanent placement staff were tremendously helpful. I was seriously impressed.

Wow! This agency is supposed to HELP you find a job... yet for 6 months I was never presented with any opportunity, and was ghosted for about 3 weeks. I then got a new representative and NEVER heard back! LOL I would give them 0 stars if I could. Seems like all the people who leave reviews agree. Unprofessional and poor communication - always sent to someone's voicemail and never got any return calls.

I wanted to believe recruiting agencies were job advocates. But, I appreciate those who are able to see and respect, its more a numbers game. I used to do my best to express value and prepare ahead for upcoming interviews. I'd spend a decent amount of time practicing and writing positive answers - trying to sell myself. Then, someone at Robert Half taught me an important lesson.I performed rather well in my first interview and was asked to come back for a second interview in a week. The second interview was the same person following a script asking me the exact same questions over again! I ended up saying I answered all these same questions last week and I was no longer interested in working through them.I sincerely feel, the interviewer just didn't want to aknowledge she goofed up and didn't prepare ahead any. What was scary was she revealed she was a leader - thank you for revealing the qualities needed to reach the top at Robert Half. The more heads you recruit and fill the bigger bonus you recieve. If you learn to play the game well, you'll do just fine.

If I could i would give them 0 rating. They try to hire people for less than the market rate and on top of that, they will try to scam employees by eating into employees overtime and not paying the overtime pay rate. Stay away from them if you don't want to be scammed.
