Although there was a snafu with a contractor, Dan made sure it was corrected promptly. The kitchen planner, Kim, is appreciated for her help in pulling together appliances, cabinets, countertops, tiling, flooring, and colors, making the process of choosing not intimidating. After talking to neighbors who had major remodeling done by Riley and Rees I talked to 3 other well respected remodelers. Riley and Rees fit our time and needs for a first floor remodel. Dan came out with his architect and foreman, to scope out logistics.Our plans were put down, made into working plans. Dan and his staff did all the footwork for permits. Demolition began September, 2020, and completed several months later. I appreciated the kitchen planner Kim who pulled together appliances, cabinets, counter tops, tiling, flooring, colors. If I could, I would have Dan and his team build me an entire house! We renovated our second story w him and I could not have been more pleased. If he said a contractor was going to arrive at 9, the contractor arrived at 9! He frequently was stopping by to check progress and accuracy. He took pride in his work. Plus, he’s a great guy! Who knows, maybe someday a whole house! Thank you, Dan!
Highly recommend. We have used Riley and Rees for 2 home projects. The entire process from the initial consultation to design, remodel and follow up were all great experiences. Dan and his staff were highly professional, took time to listen to us, the quality of the work was outstanding, and overall experience was very positive. We have recommend Riley and Rees to our friends and would use them again.
