HVAC unit went out during a 90 degree day in August. Called Reupert and they had the problem solved within 4-hours. Tim, one of their seasoned techs, provided a phenomenal experience.
Reupert will now be conducting my bi-annual HVAC Service. Highly recommended.
We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner unit from Reupert in 2022 for $9000. In a pinch in winter. Called them 9-6-2024 and told them blower and ac unit both were not running although the Ecobee unit said they were. Technician came out and diagnosed the blower motor faulty. Was told the part was under warranty. Asked technician price of installation and service call. $585. *** $585 *** $98 for service call and $487 for installation. This is a 1 hour job maximum. A surgeon may be worth $487 an hour, but not an hvac company. Long story I know, but I feel that everyone needs to know how bad they are stealing your hard earned money. Had the capacitor on my compressor fail on one of the hottest days of the year (and a Friday before a holiday weekend!) In years gone by, I’ve always been able to find replacements at just about any supply house or good hardware store. However this year, I visited (and then started calling) every supply house in Cincinnati and no one carried the capacitor I needed in stock. I then started calling HVAC service companies looking for one. Reupert was the 5th company I called and the only one to have one available.
