I've been doing business with Bob and his team for years. First, with the construction and plumbing businesses, then most recently with Rescue Brothers. They always are great to work with and will go above and beyond to help with anything needed.
I had a leak happen at 9pm on a Sunday that flooded my entire rental unit. They came out the same day cleaned everything up, dried the unit, repaired the drywall, the pipes, and the lights. Then they worked with my insurance to get everything covered! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Not to sound cliché, but the rescue brothers really did come to my rescue! After my hot water heater busted and flooded nearly 75% of my finished basement, I called the Rescue Brothers for my restoration needs and boy did they delivery. They arrived when they said they would (I’m very big on punctuality) , were very thorough with their work, knowledgeable , and professional. Joe was very understanding and took his time when explaining the process and answered every question I had (despite me asking numerous questions over and over). He was very honest and I do not feel as though he talked me into doing extra things that were not needed / made me spend extra money...read full review
