Rakesh, Kelly, and his team impressed me with their professionalism, support, and guidance throughout the whole process. Rakesh had extensive knowledge of the builder which was very impactful for marketing the property. In terms of preparing the house for market, Kelly and Rakesh had numerous recommendations no matter the type of contract work needed. The stagers, in particular, did an incredible job. Communication was spot on - kept us in the loop with honest feedback, conveyed relevant info in a timely manner, and did not bog us down with superfluous details. The closing could not have gone smoother. I was handling it while out of state and it went seamlessly. Rakesh and team - thanks so much for all the hard work!
