Forrest Sutherland has done 2 inspections for me. He saved me from a bad purchase in the first instance and accomplished an inspection that is now moving to a closing. He is so detail oriented and thorough, he is simply the best I have ever encountered in 9 home purchases over the past 30 years. His knowledge and attention to detail is amazing.
