Excellent customer service and quality work in a very timely manner at a reasonable price, can't ask for more. From scheduling the appointment with Kristen to having the work completed by Tom and Junior, they were excellent to work with and I recommend them highly. Thank you guys so much.
Wonderful business, they have a old school logic, and there knowledge of old and new windows is exceptional! Be patient with them when they tell you to bring a example of the product you are working on, they only want be able to guarantee an exact match.
Just had a particularly challenging repair completed. Junior did this with skill and is amazingly competent. We used Pickens because of our past experience with Junior so I hope he is appreciated. He’s a real asset to this company! Sincerely, Debbie and Peter Boxer
