I needed replacement parts for some obscure double-hung windows and had an excellent experience with Pickens Window Parts. Kristen was extremely helpful. I sent photographs of the parts I was trying to replace, and she not only identified what I needed, but also explained that compatible replacement parts from a different manufacturer were available and would be more durable.

This morning (6/25/26) Pickens Window Repair rep Junior arrived right on time to address our widow repair concerns (#58703). Junior was awesome-knowledgeable and quick to assess and address the problems. He performed at optimal levels of personal performance and accomplishment, communicated effectively, made a favorable impression, and displayed genuineness in dealing with us. Going forward, I would name request from Pickens Junior for any future window needs.
Had a window shoe break and unable to keep window up. Junior came and quickly and efficiently fixed the window. He was knowledgable and friendly. Felt comfortable with him. Thanks Junior
