What a great company and what wonderful people. I recently spoke to Donna who helped us schedule a window repair appointment with Junior. Junior arrived and immediately was able to repair our four windows that have been broken for many years. Junior was very kind, amazingly knowledgeable and extremely professional. We would receommend Pickens Window Service to anyone who needs windows repaired in the Cincinnati Tristate area.

I needed a special order thermal glass unit & Pickens came through. Ready ahead of expectations & fit without any problems. As a customer for nearly 30 years they have always been great even when they couldn't get what I needed (which is rare). I always go here first for window parts.

Had a double hung window that the top window would not go up or down. It had broken in the track and the bottom of the window was coming out. Junior came and took care of it and my wife and I were extremely happy with his quality of work. Very pleasant and knows his stuff. My wife told him if we need any more work done on our windows, she is going to tell them we want Junior only. Thank you again for resolving our issue with such professionalism. A very happy customer
