LOVED working with this florist for our new campus ribbon cutting ceremony! Great communications, from the office to the designer/owner; this was a big deal with a precise color palette and Karla went above and beyond working with us to make sure everything was up to spec! She was super patient and gracious with us sending photos & talking on the phone through the details, then making changes almost right up to the last minute (yikes!). I ordered the Teleflora's Clouds Of Heaven Bouquet - Deluxe arrangement for a funeral. I asked for delivery the day before to the funeral home for the family viewing. The delivery was changed to the next day at the church. Upon inquiry, I am so grateful the florist applied her knowledge and experience with local funeral homes to make the change based on factors I would have no knowledge of. In terms of the arrangement, I picked this arrangement mainly for the green gladiolus, and was bummed that they had to be replaced with Bells of Ireland. I have been dealing with Peter Gregory Florist for many years and have never gotten anything but excellent service. The recipients of the flowers sent always tell me how beautiful they are.
