I contacted Paff about a small job for a room refresh in my basement. Josh came out for the estimate and quickly discovered an issue with my panel, namely water intrusion through the main wire that I was completely unaware of. He quickly gave me the rundown and options which were thorough and addressed my questions without feeling like I was being sold on anything I didn’t need. The honesty was much appreciated. As the original panel was well over 25 years old and 100 amps I decided to upgrade the panel to 200 amps. Got on their schedule and Josh returned with Maddie to complete the panel upgrade as well some small wiring in the previously mentioned basement refresh.... read full review

From my call to Paff Electric, to our appointment everything was great experience. Bridgette took my call and set me up with an appointment within a week, which I couldn’t believe to start with, and then Josh showed right on time and I got a call ahead of time letting me know he was on the way. Josh was great, very professional and knowledgeable. While he was here he gave us an estimate, which we agreed to and he right way checked with Bridgette and set another appointment to perform the service. WOW!
