I’ve never written a review about a parking garage, but this was an excellent experience! We were the apparently first ones there for a Reds game, and the proprietor couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. He actually took us through the process, which wasn’t perhaps necessary, but was helpful and appreciated. And he seemed like a classy honest man, which I appreciated even more. I’ll definitely be using this garage from now on when I go downtown.
I was in town for work and stayed across the street. I was a little hesitant to park here because of some past negative reviews. I honestly have to say the they accommodated us like champs. Everyday we parked they made us feel welcomed. Even when the lot was quite full and due to the size of our vehicle, they asked for the keys and our truck neatly parked and ready for us in the morning. Good weather and bad, they're out there doing a great job. Would highly recommend.
I pulled in and the guy who approached me was very nice and ask me hows dem feet. I opened my door and said fine how our you today he said good... self.... . After he parked my car 10ft from other cars, he then asked my wife did you eat? I thought wow this guy is so nice. Also I have been back and parked at some of your other lots. I think it is great that you hire people like that.
