Olde Fort Restoration

I will update this at the end of the project if there is anything else to say. I am currently in the middle of a roof and bedroom ceiling restoration. Matt has been nothing short of amazing during this time. I was away on work business when I was told there was water coming in my bedroom ceiling. Matt was out there same day to investigate and scheduled the tarp.

I called Thursday morning, Matt was out there Thursday afternoon, and my roof was tarp by Saturday once it was good to get on top of my house. Matt and his crew were ready to come in that next week, but I held off because of Thanksgiving.

I had a pipe freeze and burst and when the insurance company put a different restoration company on my claim they called and said they couldn't be out till the next day and ended up not calling me back for two days. Luckily, I called Olde Fort Restoration and they were able to come out that morning to start the mitigation process right away to start cleaning up and drying everything out before further damage was done. They saved me a lot of trouble and were great to work with and I appreciate everything they did for me while every other company was too busy for me. Thank you!

Olde Fort Restoration was fantastic when it came to helping us with water in our basement. Our basement was a finished basement and our kid area so this was a huge task but they guys came in and did it all and made the process seamless and less stressful. We can't THANK YOU enough!!
