I contacted Ohio Basement Authority because of my home’s foundation issue which was causing a rear corner of my house to sink. Matthew Workman came to investigate. He was extremely thorough. His investigation revealed foundation sinkage. He spent a great deal of time explaining the details of the problem, a proposal to solve the problem, and gave me a great deal of time for my wife and me to ask questions. I am happy with Matthew and his diligence. I look forward to having Ohio Basement Authority solve this problem and with Matthew being my project manager.
