I have seen Dr. Dirr for years and he is amazing, totally trust him with my eye health. Highly disappointed, this year, in frame selection and for the first time will go somewhere else for my glasses.

1st Of I’d Like To State That Dr. Dir Is Great And I’d Give 5 Stars However On My Visit This Time Was Tainted. The Reason Is After Being A Patient Here Previously I Was Asked This Visit And I Quote “ You Don’t Have Insurance Correct” Now Normally A Professional Would Ask Your Name, I Wasn’t & No Time Anything Other Than That. Although I’ve Experienced This Before And Quickly Replied With You Shouldn’t Assume Without Asking. However This Time I Didn’t Have The Time Nor Energy To Delve Into A Mindless Conversation Because Of Listening To Praise Music And Refused To Allow That Into My Happy Space.

I came to Oakley Eye Associates for my first eye exam since the 1900’s based on the reviews, which were stellar.Check-in at the front desk was very swift, and I was immediately brought in to start the exam with zero wait time. There were a battery of tests performed by a member of Dr. Dirr’s staff. Very thorough. Next, was the first sit-down with Dr. Dirr. With him, you feel like you are speaking with a friend that you’ve known for a decade, who just happens to be exceptional in all matters of the eye.
