10 out of 10, absolutely recommend using New Heights Roofing! We had such a great experience with everyone in their office. I called them about 2 weeks ago explaining the difficult situation we were in due to being scammed by a previous roofing company. Jesse Blaine came out personally (same day) and looked at my roof and got me an estimate. They were incredible working with us on financing options and completed my roof about 8 days later. On top of all the wonderful customer service, my roof looks incredible. Made the entire house look better. The crew that came out was friendly and they cleaned up nicely after the job was completed. Jesse, Katie, and Jeremy were very responsive, helpful, and thorough throughout the process with us and insurance. They got our old roof off and a new one back on in one day.I would highly recommend their company to anyone looking for quality work, great customer care, and professionalism.
