We utilized Nest Home Staging at an apartment community that we were struggling to lease - as soon as the Nest Team came in, we immediately saw an influx in leases. The staging truly turned out to be a great success that let potential residents actually envision the small studio space they'd be living in rather than just an empty room. I would highly recommend their services. They were incredibly easy to work with and we will be using this team again in the future.
We had a great experience working with Christine. We really appreciated her prompt communication, professionalism, creativity, and flexibility throughout. She did a great job of making some challenging spaces (and paint colors) look very high-end and cohesive and was very intentional in designing the staging plan with our most likely buyer demographics in mind.
