Generally responsive and when we had some early system issues on a new installation, Nick provided extended warranties. The billing, scheduling, and invoicing system are just not 21st century.
Scheduling reminders only indicate which day the service will be provided. If you make the appointment well in advance, zero info in the reminders regarding time of the service. Our other service providers practically stalk you to keep you informed on service tech arrival times. If you do not mark the time down when you book, and forget the time, you have to call them to find out.
