From the receptionist who greeted me to the tech who ran my tests to Dr Harpring everyone was a joy to be around. I signed in on-line so I didn't have to refill out any of the paperwork when I arrived. Even though I was 20 minutes early, I had enough of a wait to open my phone when the tech took me back to begin testing (about 15 seconds).

Dr Harpring explained everything and went over the tests they took before my exam without making me feel rushed or medical gobledegook.

My first appointment was on 5/31/2025. The office was clean and orderly. Staff were very inviting and professional.
Dr. Rebecca Allen was caring and spent time with me providing useful education. I feel very confident for her to take care of my future eye care.
I needed to have a pair of glasses and taken to a large selection to then meet Shaunise Jackson. What a help she was! I would never been able to do this alone. Such a great personality! Along with being honest
during my fitting (🙂☺️). Now that is very important to me...
Finally, thank you 'myeyedr.' for such a positive experience! Can't wait to get my new glasses!

I had an appt for Contacts this week at MyEyeDr. on Colerain Ave. I’ve been there previously for eye glasses. Randall Harpring O.D. Genuinely cares about your eye health and making sure all bases are covered pertaining to your vision. Mary Ann (General Manager) knows every aspect of that office. She takes care of all your needs to make sure you have a great experience there. The professionalism and care for clients in this office by these two mentioned and the other staff is exceptional.
