Patients praise the doctors for spending quality time with them and being knowledgeable, thorough, and up-to-date on medical technology. The office is also commended for its timeliness, with minimal wait times and flexible scheduling.
I always get great care at mercy health every-time I make appointment; it’s always with ease and gratitude. My encounter with staff is very attentive and kind words. My PCP; Dr. Ridgway is a great listener, makes great judgement and shows the 4 C’s in healthcare!

I have been going to this practice for many years and also bring my children to this facility as well. My husband also goes to this clinic. We love, Dr. Kirshner, and we are very very sad that he is going to a differing practice in Lebanon, which is out of the range of our ability to see him continuously at this time.
