This is a great place! If you're just starting your martial arts journey, you will learn the fundamentals key to martial arts and self defense on a physical and mental level. If you're looking to expand your martial arts you will learn advanced skills that go beyond the realm of wing chun. Master Lambert is experienced in various martial arts and has great patience and passion for teaching. The student body is equally helpful with people from various disciplines all happy to help each other out. There's no judgement here just good people. Jim Retter
Master Lambert is the best martial arts instructor that I have ever had…PERIOD. He strives to improve lives through the Shaolin Wing Chun Kung Fu training that he provides. All of the lessons are directly applicable to daily life not just in self defense or combat situations. I highly recommend Meng’s Martial Arts of Cincinnati.
