Heather is very knowledgeable and professional. Using different treatment modalities and being highly trained, she adjusts treatment to address pain and mobility issues. She is nothing short of amazing!
I have been going to Amy for a few years and I just love the service there. If Amy has an emergency and cannot do my massage anybody else in that facility is just as good. It's a wonderful place. And you feel amazing when you walk out.
I'm fairly active, not professional but I bike and run regularly. I see massage as being part of my routine to undo the little kinks and aches I get from both. When those issues do arise, I visit Jamie to first get a massage and see if my pain subsides or goes away before going to see a Dr, who may prescribe a moderate painkiller. It's more natural, relaxing and she'll focus on my feet, calves, neck, whatever, and provides more information for the times when I do ultimately see my Dr.
