Since 1999, Med Adapt has been adapting and improving homes. Customers recently had grab bars installed and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure the placement was both safe and practical. The job was done quickly, neatly, and with real expertise. Customers feel much more confident and secure using the shower now. Another customer called on Wednesday and they came out on Friday. They did a wonderful job, cleaned everything up, and even suggested other areas that could use grab bars to make the house safer. They had all the materials needed and did the job all in the same day. A small family business showed genuine interest in helping a family member feel safer getting around the house. The team truly cares about customers, suggested grab bars in locations not thought of, and was upfront on the cost with no hidden fees. They were very patient as options were discussed, and customers never felt rushed in making a decision. Highly recommended.

I needed to have some grab bars place in the bathroom sooner than later. Called Med Adapt on Wednesday and they came out on Friday. Did a wonderful job, very professional, cleaned everything up and even suggested other areas that could use grab bars to make my house safer for my husband. Had all the materials he needed and did the job all in the same day. Even the extra grab bars!!!! I would HIGHLY recommended Med Adapt
I'm very happy to support a small family business. Ray showed genuine interest in helping my m-i-l feel safer getting around the house, specifically coming in from outdoors and in the bathroom. He truly cares about his customers. He suggested grab bars in a location we hadn't thought of, and we were glad he made the suggestion. He was upfront on the cost with the initial call, and there were no hidden fees. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was also very patient as we discussed the options he offered. I never felt rushed in making a decision, as the decision makers were not at the house, and it took multiple communications with them to finalize what we wanted installed.
