From beginning to end, what an excellent experience. From Marvin the salesman to Fernando and his team as installers, I cannot say enough about mc McSwain Carpet. Installers were here on time. Did an excellent job of taking up the carpet and even using the carpet to lay a path through the snow so they didn’t bring snow in my house. How amazing is that! Fernando and his partner were excellent in friendliness worked very efficiency and left A beautiful carpet installed flawlessly. I can’t say enough about them thank you McSwain

Jacob Levy is the man. I’ve been a challenging customer with changing my mind and he’s been nothing but patient, informative, and responsive. Purchasing flooring is quite the commitment and expensive but he made the process seamless. I don’t plan on going to anywhere else for my flooring or carpet needs. The customer service is unmatched. Hard to find places like Mcswain nowadays!
