I have been seeing Dr. McFayden for a few years and have been really happy with the office. I had a routine eye exam scheduled last week and had my 4-month-old baby with me. He cried almost the entire time. Everyone was SO kind and understanding! Katie even held my baby while I did the eye imaging. I had run out of contacts during postpartum and really needed to keep this appointment, so their kindness even while baby cried meant so much to me. I would highly recommend!
Everyone was very friendly and helped me get my insurance straightened out from the beginning.
I also really appreciated the above and beyond help to determine an eye condition my previous optometrist never checked for.
Also, the contacts they gave me to try out have given me back a quality of vision I haven't had in a long time.

I asked my eye doctor at the time if he could recommend an eye doctor down here.
He recommended Dr. McFayden right off the bat. He knew her and worked with her.
He was so right.
Staff is so nice and friendly. If I have a problem or need my glasses adjusted the say come on in.
It's not to far from my home.
Just got my new eye glasses 👓 and I love them!
They are so light I forget I have them on.
