Dr. Dykhuizen is an amazing doctor in my opinion. I feel very confident under his care, and well taken care of.

HORRIFIC WAIT TIME - POOR ENVIRONMENT I took my mom there for her 10am appointment. We arrived at 9:30am. She was taken back at 11am. At 11:45 she was back in the waiting room with me, eyes dilating. She was called back at 12:15pm to see the doctor. The office manager came to apologize with covid/flu excuse for call offs from employees and then she said they are also dealing with trying to fill some open positions. My exact response to that, "I can see why you have open positions, who would want to work here?" The waiting room was run down, torn chairs, rugged arm rests, very dreary. No, excuses don't work! The environment physically and mentally is intoxicating. Maybe instead of excuses, ask what can we do to help make this better? What do we need to do so this doesn't happen again? Obviously, given all these negative comments show this is an on going issue.
