I’ve had a membership with Massage Envy for close to two years and I love it! I always look forward to getting my monthly massage or facial. Such a great and easy way to do my self care, which I definitely need as a mom to a toddler. When I come in the front desk receptionist, Kayla, is always so friendly and helpful! I’ve had facials with Crystal and Megan and they were AMAZING! If you’re getting a massage, you have to see Janet. You won’t regret it!
I can’t say enough great things about the Massage Envy in Eastgate! I joined the ME membership years ago in Strongsville,Ohio another great location. I’ve been to several locations in the US and paid member pricing at each one, a benefit of membership. I’ve been going to the Eastgate location for a few years. Everyone that works at this ME in Eastgate- from the front desk, massage therapists to the incredible manager are professional, compassionate and very skilled at what they do. I’ve seen several massage therapists here and have never been disappointed. This place is a class act ⭐
I had the pleasure of speaking with Bree on the phone in order to get my aunt a gift card for Christmas. Bree was very knowledgeable and helpful in accomplishing this task. It was slightly difficult as I am in Minnesota and I wanted to make sure to get all the promotions included as well as have the gift card waiting at the location for when my aunt is able to book an appointment.
Bri was extremely helpful making this all come together and I highly recommend her for her customer service skills. Thank you!
