My grandmother has been going here for a long time, and I recently had the pleasure of accompanying her. First and foremost, my grandma's hair always looks great after visits here! All staff are very friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. My grandma has balance issues and her stylist/the owner (Lu Ann, but I think she goes by Laurie. Sorry if I got that wrong!) was extra attentive and helpful in that regard. For everything my grandma had done, I was blown away at how reasonable pricing was. They got me in no fuss, Jennifer did my hair just like I told her I wanted it. Reasonable cost, very friendly, down to earth, comfortable environment. I definitely recommend Lu Ann's!
LuAnns has been around for a long time. For me it's one of those places where I feel welcome and can sit and talk. I usually don't want to leave. Lorrie is the owner and does fabulous haircuts. Not fancy or anything and folks bring in homemade items.
