From start to finish, Lisa walked us through the process of selling our home. Lisa shared her marketing plan for our house with us during our first meeting with her from how she would list, get pictures done, pricing of the home and how home showings would be handled. Lisa walked us through the offer and what was expected from us. If we had questions she was quick to answer them.
Lisa reached out immediately after I requested help with a Ramsey trusted real estate realtor on line. She helped me navigate what was needed to completely clear my relative's home before placing the for sale sign. The for sale sign was posted on 3/27/26 and there were over 40 requests to see the home over a 3 day period. I accepted one of the offers that same Friday. I especially appreciated her patience and willingness to help me close on this home in a timely manner.
Lisa was a pleasure to work with. We started looking at not the most ideal time (winter) and I was determined to stay in Harrison. We kissed a couple frogs but persistence paid off and she helped me negotiate a great deal on a new build. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Lisa!
