I wish I could review the actual service but I can’t. I made an appointment earlier in the week for 10:40 AM which was the earliest available. I got the text & email both that the appointment was confirmed. The day before my appointment I tried calling 3 times to ask which spray tan would be best for me, custom spray tan or city girl? Because after reviewing everything, city girl seemed more my style but there was no answer or voicemail to leave a message regarding my question. Today, I show up 10 minutes early, about 10:30 to ask a few questions before my appointment but once I get there the gate was still closed. I sat down on one of the benches in the mall and waited, thinking maybe they don’t open until the first appointment and that would be me... well no. I look on the website & it’s suppose to open at 10AM. I waited until about 10:45 and then thought to call them, maybe they just forgot to open the gate?? I called 4 different times, no answer. Finally at 11:05am I decided to leave. Luckily, Queen City Tan had a opening within 2 hours so I could still get my spray tan before work for my sisters wedding this weekend! Poor customer service and very unprofessional for someone running their own business. On the website it requests that you cancel your appointment within an advanced time period of 6 hours, well I would appreciate the same respectfully. They had my number and could’ve called to let me know they wouldn’t be opened. What a waste of time.

If I could give negative stars I would I scheduled two appointments for myself and the bride to be and I get a text 10 minutes before my appointment (after driving 50 minutes to the place) that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because the technician called in sick. Erin who has texted me to inform me said there is nothing more she could do but offer me 50% off in the next 30 days (hint I don't need it in 30 days I need it for a wedding that is tomorrow) I will never go there or recommend it to anyone I know. It's absolutely appalling and not how a business no matter how small should be ran. You make time for a paying customer even if it causes you to be behind in your scheduling! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Was going to try this place for the 1st time today for an important event tonight. Made a 10am appt online yesterday afternoon. Recieved a confirmation text that night and a reminder text this morning of my appointment. Clearly this place only opens whenever it feels like it as its 15min past my appointment and they are closed. What a way to run a business. Hopefully I find something else near by soon.

Very pricey, nice smells though, if you are looking for expensive and exclusive bath bombs, this is the place for you.

I came in for the first time for the standard spray tan yesterday. Today I'm really happy with the results. I have fair skin and the color looks good and even application. The store employee was super busy but was still really friendly and did a great job. I also talked to 2 other women while I waited who were repeat customers for spray tans. I was hesitant to come in after some of the reviews here but see for yourself you might be happy with the results like I am! They did seem like they could use a 2nd employee as the appointments were running behind by about 15 so that's why I put 4 instead of 5 stars.

I loved coming in and getting the 5 for 25 bath bombs. I use them every Sunday so I run out about every other month or so. The thing is 3/4 times I came to get more you are closed when you should be open, this is a common thing. I have gotten tired of coming to the mall n your not ever open. I have come to buy bath bombs 4 times n in the past week and a half I'm done with it. I'll go somewhere else that can stay open when they should be.

Love the bath bombs and soaps... but that's not why I'm here making this review. On the 7th I came in to get a spray tan for prom. As I walked in I wasn't greeted by an employee, she had been in the back giving a spray tan to a friend of hers... it took about 20min before she came out -keep in mind that she was the only employee working at the time... so no one was at the counter or was watching the store. A man and his daughters came in and grabbed a few things to buy, but since no one was at the counter they put the items back and left saying they would just go someplace else for gifts- The employee was nice and informative, and I had finally been able to get my spray tan. I was told to buy the $5 primer to go along with my tan, which wasn't a problem I wanted it to last and not look streaky. So after applying the primer the employee came in and started my tan... it was quick and sprayed heavy ( and later I would find out... very streaky). The area where they do the spray tans looked like something from a horror movie! It didn't look like it had been cleaned since they first started doing tans. I understand that there would be no point in cleaning up the tanning liquid from the walls and fans... but as a customer, I would have liked to be in a clean environment that was welcoming and professional looking. The service in store was fine just not as professional. The big issue I have is with the spray tan itself. Since I bought the primer my impression was that it was going to help with the streakiness (as the tan faded) and the longevity... that is a lie. The tan was very patchy and streaky along my legs. My hands were patches of dark orange. The back of my legs were missed. It just wasn't a great look (also keep in mind this was for prom) I would suggest finding another location for a spray tan... or just even doing your own at home.
