I have dealt with Kirkwood sweeper shop for years, from the Western Hills location and now at the Colerain Avenue store and they have always, always, been able to assist, repair, find parts and do everything possible to keep your sweeper, rug, shampooer any type of home cleaning device in good working order. My last experience was with Isaac just a few days ago. I had my Electrolux rug shampooer that needed a part which are very hard to find these days and he was able to go to multiple hardware stores to find a part that would fit and restore my shampooer back to perfect order. Thanks so much, Isaac. I appreciate everything you do and I appreciate Kirkwoods sweeper shop!
Steve, the sales associate, is super helpful and friendly. I have been extremely pleased with my vacuum purchase and service. I recommend Kirkwood's Sweeper Shop without reservation!
I purchased a Sebo from Kirkwood’s in 2002 and loved it. It quit working well for me a year or two ago and I picked up a Sharp which I have not liked at all. I took the Sebo to Kirkwood to see if it could be repaired and Steve said it seemed like it had gotten wet, and I remembered that it was in the basement when it flooded. Steve took a closer look and said it wasn’t economically feasible to repair. I ended up purchasing another Sebo because nothing else meets the criteria I’m looking to meet.
Steve was a very nice man who obviously knows his products. He was very knowledgeable about the advantages and capabilities of the vacuums in the store.... read full review
