The overall experience was good. Adam the project manager was awesome and Danny in the sales office was quite responsive and really made us seem like top priority. We did have issues with the painter and the process would have been facilitated if Danny had a pricing sheet of all items.
Our experience with JHH was a fairly pleasant one! We began the process of home building in February, and completed the closing in October. Our Project Manager was responsive and kept us in the loop with weekly updates about the progress of the house. Once complete, we had a few minor kinks to work out, but were taken care of promptly.
A few months after we moved in, our basement had a small rainwater leak from a heavy rain we had the day before. JHH were able to send someone out a few days later to get it fixed. A year later, we had our 12-month inspection, where they fixed a few minor exterior items, as well as added additional insulation to the basement floor...read full review
