From the initial consultation, their team was professional, prompt, and thorough. The communication has been excellent; they even leave a notebook to ensure all our needs are met and to communicate about supplies or any other issues they notice, which is a great touch.
Our specific cleaner, Alejandra , does an impeccable job. Every time we walk in the door, the place has a wonderful, fresh, clean smell, and it is visibly spotless. The attention to detail, especially in high-touch areas, has been fantastic.
We recently brought on Jan-Pro at our 178-unit apartment community in Northern Kentucky. They have been amazing and the customer service I receive from Trent and Dan has been great.
