I have a super skittish golden who used to climb the walls to get out of the vet - both our regular vet and the UTC. She wouldn't hurt a fly even under that stress but was consistently treated like she was a danger. Anyway, with Dr. Jaax she walks in by herself, sits calmly and waits and then interacts with Dr. Jaax. She let's Dr. Jaax treat her and take vitals without hiding. I can't love on Dr. Jaax enough!

First time customer...I brought my cat in for an issue. Everyone was friendly and there was minimal waiting. Dr. Jaax was thorough, honest and explained her diagnosis in detail. I highly recommend her!

Dr Jaax did amazing with our two cats! Our old vet had trouble dealing with them - one is extremely anxious and the other one was labeled as aggressive. Dr. Jaax had absolutely no trouble with either of them and was able to meet them at their level and read them perfectly to understand how they need to be approached. So grateful to have found a vet who ACTUALLY cares about your pets’ wellbeing and respects them as they are. We look forward to being long time patients!!
