Tonisha has been cutting my hair for nearly 2 years now. She's exceptionally kind, welcoming, and capable. The genuine care she puts towards her craft and her clients is what keeps me and many others coming back. She has set a high bar for consistency of service and experience.
Tonisha always makes me feel so comfortable and welcome! I have had some anxiety in the past due to multiple bad experiences with stylists. When I first came to Tonisha, she really listened and made sure she truly understood what I was looking for which made me feel instantly comfortable. She is so thoughtful and patient, and a talented stylist. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I’ve been going to Tonisha for about 3 years and I can promise that she will provide the most client-centered experience you’ve ever had. She listens to every detail, offers perfect suggestions when asked, and follows up each appointment prompting feedback so she can do even better next time. All my friends go to her now (we all have a wide range of hair lengths and textures). 5 Stars isn’t enough!
