The staff is very personable, polite and friendly. The procedure I experience was thoroughly explained. It was explained the before, during and after effects. I was checked on consistently to make sure I was comfortable. I requested future information for a procedure and was thoroughly explain to me the pricing, the details of how the procedure would be perform and the after effects I would experience. I've joined recently in February. The CoolSculpting procedure: been seeing results, very pleased with everything. I have recommended to co-workers the great service I have received.

I really liked and appreciated Kylie (I believe was her name) the NP I saw at my most recent visit. She was informative and I felt confident in her giving me the results I was after.

I had an amazing experience at Ideal Image. They have such a great staff at this location. Kylie, Taylor and Rachel are so kind and make you feel comfortable and welcome. They are very knowledgeable and have quality service. I highly recommend.
