I accompanied a friend for a hearing aid eval. Dr. Michael Romero explained every step! Once insurance approved we picked up the hearing aids and Dr. Romero help with fitting, how to use the app, how to charge the hearing aids and more. His patient centered care is top notch! The front desk lady was very friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend!

Hearing aids fitting went well. Everything was programmed quickly and instruction was efficient.
Receptionist was rude about me being late to my appointment, then making me sit in the lobby waiting for 15 minutes.
