Sondra is an amazing mental health provider. She is very compassionate and caring. She is a great listener, easy to talk with and has provided excellent insight and key strategies with my life situation which I have found to be very helpful.

She is extremely flexible with scheduling and rescheduling appointments if needed. If I need
my medication, she always calls it in right away. I couldn't be happier with the care Sondra provides.

I’ve spent countless hours debating whether seeking therapy was the right decision for me. Given my occupation and stage in life, I was hesitant. Now, I realize this opportunity could have benefited me long ago. I’m incredibly grateful I took this step — my provider is truly wonderful. She listens without judgment, challenges me with compassion, and helps me view things from a different perspective while keeping me accountable. This experience has been both healing and empowering.
