Hays + Sons haws been the MOST HELPFUL of all the different entities I’ve been working with on a flat roof leak turned interior damage. Lucas installed a tarp upon request, explaining that tarps on flat roofs are “best effort”, but that they were happy to do everything reasonable to help us keep water out while working with insurance and the original roof contractor on a permanent fix.
Then a week later when high winds tried to blow the tarp off the roof, Shane and Jordan stopped by to re-secure it and add additional weight. They discovered a tear in the tarp from when it was being blown about by the wind against a metal mount, and came back... read full review

Professional, Consistent communication throughout process and delegation of scope of work identified. They worked with our vision and project needs and kept us on track throughout the whole process. Will use them again for any renovations. Mio and Dave were crucial to our renovation getting done and I could tell they cared.
