I am a healthcare professional and my husband is a first responder, so we spend much time on our feet and absolutely cause wear and tear on our muscles and carry so much stress. We decided it was time we start to take care of ourselves, so we booked a couples massage. I had a basic massage once many years ago, and this was going to be his very first, so we weren’t sure what to expect. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and with it being my first time, the front desk staff was especially welcoming and thorough. My deep tissue massage was also excellent. I ended up signing up for the monthly membership after enjoying my experience with Hand and Stone in Mason!
