Customer service is great. He was quick to help me out and pinpoint what I was looking for. I found what I was looking for. I got a great deal on the necklace that I got, i wear and every day I've never had a problem with my jewelry or anything I'm definitely going back to get more jewelry I think I'm going to make this the only place I go to to buy jewelry
