    If you are looking for a dermatologist for yourself or for your child ….DO NOT GO HERE! Me, my husband, and my daughter came here for an appointment with Dr. Seth & we had the worse experience possible!!! She came in mean & nasty & was even rude to my 3yr old daughter!!!!! My daughter was so happy to go to the doctor & have been talking about it all day just for her to be mean to her. We did not feel welcome, she did not give me any feedback on how I can fix my child problem. She actually told me to do “NOTHING”! Lol, what a joke! She only wanted to give my daughter a refill of what she prescribed her already!!! She couldn’t even simply educate me on my daughter’s skin & why it’s reacting the way that it is & why the problem is not being fixed. I feel like GOOGLE knows more than her at this point!! I immediately put in a referral for Children’s & will no longer be apart of Tri Health! I am hurt that we experienced this level of disrespect from someone who was supposed to be a “professional”. I’m a worried mom who just wanted answers & instead she wanted to argue with me & shut me out. We were very confused & this company really needs to think twice on who they hire!!!! My child will never step foot into this doctor office again! Please listen to the reviews & do your research, because I wish I’ve have done mine!🥺

    i had an appointment with dr. sheth for a dermatologist appointment, she immediately came in with a bad attitude and was rude, she did not seem like she cared to help. She looked at my skin and told me there was nothing she could do…. then proceeded to ask me what she would like me to prescribe, which is odd since it’s the doctors job to recommend things to prescribe not the patient. after insisting she agreed to up my dose of my previous prescription reluctantly. she did not walk me thru how and how often to use the prescription or the benefits and side effects of the prescription since she stormed out when i expressed i was unhappy with her saying she couldn’t do anything bcs she doesn’t think my skins that bad, and yes my problems are minor but i am still a paying patient that deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. no matter how minor the issues a doctor should still want to help, she wanted to only renew my prescription and nothing else but i insisted she upped the does and she agreed, when i showed my unhappiness with her attitude towards my case she stormed out. i did end up getting an upped prescription like i wanted but i shouldn’t have to push for it. the nurse was very nice and came in with a kind attitude and explained how to use the new prescription. overall i’m very disappointed in the doctor, it did not seem like she cared or wanted to help.i get the feeling she only cares about really severe cases and doesn’t like to deal with small ones but that’s no excuse for unprofessionalism. she requested for me to come back in 3 months but that will not be happening. i intend to go back to my normal dermatologist who is very kind and cares enough to help solve the problem , i only went to see dr.sheath because she had the earliest appointment for when i could get in. dr.sheth has had the worst attitude of any doctor ive ever met, being rude and careless to someone seeking help from you is extremely unprofessional.

    Dr. KATHERINE Sherdian. Is super sweet and very compassionate. She's been my dr for years.

    Had a COVID vaccine appt with nurse Kaitlyn and was talked down to treated, was extremely rude and insulted multiple times. I reported this unacceptable behavior to Alexia the practice manager and it’s been almost two weeks and still haven’t heard back anything. I have followed up 3 times and still nothing. You’d think there would be some type of effort especially when I’ve been a client here for years but will be taking my babies elsewhere! These people do not care!

    We only have experience with the Pediatrics Department, but they have been awesome! So far we have always been called back by a nurse at our appointment time, and have had very short wait times to see the doctor. And Dr. Wolfgang has been awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We never feel rushed and he always checks to make sure he has answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns.

    We’ve been visiting here since our current 8yr old was 1yrs. And also since our second child was born. Fantastic doctors, care givers and staff. I highly recommend the on call nurse for guidance anytime of the day.

    Called in on Saturday to tell them my 22 month old is struggling to breathe with a high fever. They said give her some honey and if she's still struggling to breathe on Monday then call us to schedule an appointment. I call on Monday and told them the exact same thing I had told them on Saturday and they said got to the ER ASAP! It's nearly impossible to get my kids in for an appointment when they're sick. These doctors are incredibly lazy and never see my kids when they actually need to be seen.

    The hold times and availability has just declined over the years. My son is 21 and just stop going to group health pediatricians and I recommend he take his son now. I regret that decision, the hold and waits and availability is just ridiculous. I have been on hold 30 minutes to try to get my grandson in and still waiting. I know I have mychart but that response per his mom is even slower. GHA please reevaluate your processes, hire more people, find more means of having a shorter hold on the phones. I can’t imagine an elderly person on hold this time. Unexceptable

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND! High dissatisfied with the wait time on the phone just to ask a question or set a appointment.
    My baby and I had thrush and I tried going up in person to get them to see my little one or write a prescription and so far no luck. When I take my little one to be seen we are waiting at least 30 minutes which is very frustrating for a newborn he wants to be breast feed. This place is a no!
