This place is an jewel! So happy to be doing Feldenkrais movement awareness with Cynthia Allen. The gentle reduction in pain has been so helpful and it"s easy to do! Drug Free! Larry Wells also teaches Classes in NLP with similar results. I first went to the free intro classes because i wasn't sure what to expect and wow! just try it!
