From the minute upon walking in, the people and overall setting is welcoming. All of the testing for the eye exam and new glasses was smooth without any hesitation. Great communication from every single person there to ensure I understood what was happening, why it was happening, and next steps. The atmosphere is relaxed and there was nothing stressful at all about my visit. They have plenty of glasses/sunglasses to choose from and different price points for budgets. I was very impressed with how professional, yet personable all the staff were. Dr Kolle was knowledgeable and willing to learn and teach and share to assist in the care of my eyes.
My 98 year old mother bought two pair of glasses. She was happy about the way she was treated she talked about it for days. Her glasses arrive in about ten days, hopefully she'll be as happy then as she is now.
