During the big snow in January 2026 my basement developed a small water leak. I was watching TV and saw a commercial for Erie home and gave them a call. I talked to Tim Jackson and within 10 days my basement was sealed up and dry. A pleasant surprise, it was less expensive than I thought it would be. They showed up on time and they finished when they said they would. They cleaned up their mess afterwards. 100% Satisfied!!
The work crew performed their work well & quite professionally. Work was performed in the time frame stated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their crawl space area.
Jordan showed up on time. He took the time to explain each part of crack sealing process, often stopping to update on progress. He was very friendly and courteous and did a very nice job for us.
